Terms and Conditions:
Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase/ your voucher code. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
Only one gift voucher can be used per booking.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day of purchase.
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
Vouchers can be used for part or full payment. If the booking cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid (as per our booking terms and conditions) at the point of booking your stay.
