Kisdon Hill and Kisdon Force.

Today we returned to this special place that we visited earlier this year. This is a fantastic 8 mile circular walk starting from the village of Muker and took us through the Muker meadows and along the river to the magical Kisdon Force.

From here we continued on to Keld before walking down the road and then finding the off road vehicle track that ascends the Western slope of Kisdon Hill.

Enjoying far reaching views of the mighty fells of Mallerstang - Wild Boar Fell, Swarth Fell and High Seat, we then reached the summit of Kisdon Hill where it plateaus, providing one of the best views anywhere in the Yorkshire Dales, before we descended the long drop back in to Muker.
